Background
In 2022, a confidential defense client commissioned the Gun on Drone project to address the need for precision and remote operational safety in tactical missions. The project aimed to integrate lightweight firearm systems onto drones while ensuring stability, accuracy, and remote operability.
Objective
To design and deploy drones equipped with firearm systems capable of high-precision operations, ensuring safety, adaptability, and reliability in defense scenarios. The emphasis was on accuracy, stability, and seamless control through tactical interfaces.
Results
The Gun on Drone project achieved successful field tests, demonstrating 90% target accuracy at varying distances. The drone's firearm module remained stable during operations, even in challenging weather conditions. The project is now being considered for scaled production for specialized defense missions.
